Marketing Outreach Opportunity Assessment

Take the first step to
unlocking your
college’s enrollment potential

Optimize enrollment by identifying underrepresented groups through precise market analysis.

Through Disproportionate Impact Market Analysis, this assessment pinpoints priority outreach audiences by comparing the college’s service area and student demographics, leveraging benchmark comparisons for realistic recruitment goals that bolster enrollment diversity.

Why do a market outreach opportunity assessment?

Our proprietary data assessment analyzes community and enrollment data to identify missing audiences in your college enrollments. You have limited time, limited resources and lots of data to sift through, so the reasons for a student population opportunity assessment are numerous:

  • Find missing audiences. Identify areas where the college is failing to attract certain demographics or groups of students.
  • Measure DEI efforts. Highlight gaps in diversity efforts and ensure representation of a diverse student body.
  • Identify priority zipcodes. Know missing audiences/geographic locations to target to increase enrollment and enhance financial sustainability.
  • Benchmark market penetration. Track progress over time and use data as a part of Strategic Enrollment Management planning and assessment.

Upon completion, you’ll be armed with the tools to:

1. Set realistic goals for enrollment diversification.
2. Benchmark market to enrollment penetration over time; compared to your service area and state populations
3. Know where to allocate resources based on priority audiences
