Retention Marketing Plan
This is presented first in presentation and then in a word document delivered to you for your implementation. The plan includes custom, consistent nudge campaigns for key retention moments with key data needed for workflow segmentation, key messages and samples, and key performance indicators for tracking.
3 Months Implementation Advisor
We will provide a PDF that explains the theory behind executing your retention marketing plan along with samples and worksheets for creative collateral and personas that we will work through with you for implementation. In addition, we will meet with you and your team for up to 4 hours/month to ensure smooth implementation.
Logistics
Duration.
From six to eight weeks with minimum 3 months of implementation.
Scheduling.
Can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks.
Participation Requirements.
- Student Services team provides current process and gathers materials for roughly two hours.
- Student Services lead participates during each scheduled call, roughly 3-5 hours spread out over course of the engagement.
- Selected student services professionals participate for several hours, based on their role.
