What is an advisory firm?

We call ourselves an advisory firm because we are focused on strategic guidance, analysis and advisory implementation support to help colleges solve enrollment challenges through planning and communications to achieve a specific result, such as increase enrollment, increase applicants, increase financial aid applicants. We are focused on driving tangible results for colleges and students including operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

What sets you apart from other firms that specialize in this field?
  1. We aren’t trying to sell you on implementation, but rather give you a plan for intentional execution. We’re here to recommend budget and capacity that works within your means, while also bringing in numbers to justify why you would need more budget or resources for your goals.
